Note of lecture time: In order to keep order of the academic program and leave sufficient time of discussion, we kindly remind all of speakers as follows:

Plenary lecture (PL): 45 min = (38 + 7) min. The 38 min includes introduction of CV of the lecturer by Chairman, going up onto platform and ready for ppt (so leaving the net lecture time about 35 min as usual); the 7 min includes questions and answers, conferring certificate by the chair, step down from the platform.

Young talent lecture (TL): 30 min = (25 + 5) min. The 25 min includes introduction of CV of the lecturer by Chairman, going up onto platform and ready for ppt (so leaving the net lecture time about 22 min as usual); the 5 min includes questions and answers, conferring cup and certificate by the chair, step down from the platform.

Keynote invited lecture (IL): 30 min = (25 + 5) min. The 25 min includes introduction of lecturer and lecture title (usually without CV) by Chairman, going up onto platform and ready for ppt (so leaving the net lecture time about 23 min as usual); the 5 min includes questions and answers, step down from the platform.

Young Scientists Forum(YS):15 min = (11 + 4) min. The 11 min includes introduction of lecturer and lecture title by Chairman, going up onto platform and ready for ppt (so leaving the net lecture time about 10 min as usual); the 4 min includes questions and answers, step down from the platform.

Oral lecture (OL): 15 min = (11 + 4) min. The 11 min includes introduction of lecturer and lecture title by Chairman, going up onto platform and ready for ppt (so leaving the net lecture time about 10 min as usual); the 4 min includes questions and answers, step down from the platform.
